99ab Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to 99ab. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 99ab ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in connection with all services, games and features made available through the website at https://99ab.io and any associated mobile applications.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the 99ab platform, placing a bet, accepting a bonus or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is not acceptable to you, you must not use the 99ab platform.

99ab reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of 99ab after a change has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use 99ab, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 99ab does not permit access to any real-money gaming service by persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law at the time you use the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Registering an account to be operated by or for another person is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a 99ab employee, in any department, including technology, operations and marketing.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from 99ab or had an account closed by 99ab due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

99ab reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. This includes age verification documents (CNIC, passport, B-Form for young adults approaching 18) and proof of address. If proof is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, or if the documents provided do not confirm eligibility, 99ab may suspend or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 99ab only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 99ab will close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicates and may permanently ban the player from the platform.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control
• Your date of birth
• A secure, unique password that you have not used on other platforms

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 99ab will never ask you to share your password via any channel, including live chat, email or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party, you must notify 99ab support immediately and change your password.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) will be required before large withdrawals are processed or at any time 99ab deems it appropriate. KYC typically requires a copy of your CNIC or passport and proof of your registered payment method. Documents must be clear, unedited and valid at the time of submission.

All transactions on 99ab are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not process foreign currency transactions, and no currency conversion fees are applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 99ab is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Deposits are credited to your account within minutes of successful confirmation from the payment provider. 99ab does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. The standard processing time for withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash is under 15 minutes once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

99ab reserves the right to request documentation to confirm the source of funds for large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a compliance requirement, not a restriction on your winnings. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500

• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 500,000 (higher limits available for verified VIP members)
• Easypaisa/JazzCash processing: under 15 minutes
• IBFT bank transfer: 1–3 business days
• Withdrawals only to player's own registered payment accounts

All bonuses and promotions offered by 99ab are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms listed on the individual promotion page. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the more specific promotion terms will take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all 99ab bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• One bonus may be active per account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, mobile number, household, IP address and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The default wagering requirement is 1× the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• All game types contribute 100% toward wagering requirements unless a specific promotion states a different contribution rate.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are voided automatically.
• 99ab reserves the right to withdraw or alter any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms at the time it was credited.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematically exploiting wagering requirements, or coordinated play between accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on 99ab — including Ludo, Aviator, Teen Patti, live casino games and cricket betting markets — are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game server logs maintained by 99ab constitute the definitive record.

Players acknowledge that:

• Real-money gaming involves financial risk and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• The house edge published for each game category is a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers using physical equipment. Outcomes are determined by real-world physics and are not influenced by software after the betting window closes.
• Cricket betting markets are settled based on official match results. In-play bets placed after an outcome has been determined but before settlement will be voided.
• If a technical fault occurs during a game round, 99ab will investigate using server logs and either replay, void or honour the round based on the circumstances. The decision of 99ab's technical team is final.
• Bets placed in error by the player cannot be reversed once the betting window closes.

99ab uses certified random number generation for RNG-based games and independently tested physical equipment for live casino games. Fairness certificates are available on request through the support team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99ab and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action where appropriate:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent payments or obscure the origin of funds is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant Pakistani authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards in live poker or manipulating Ludo game outcomes through coordinated play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with your bank after depositing funds on 99ab is considered fraudulent activity. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software or any other non-human tool to interact with the platform is prohibited.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf is not permitted.
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug or technical error to gain funds that would not otherwise be available. Any funds obtained through exploitation are void and recoverable.
• Under-age play: Registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your account.

All content on the 99ab platform — including but not limited to the website design, interface elements, game graphics, logos, brand names, promotional materials, written content and software — is the intellectual property of 99ab or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, display or create derivative works from any part of the 99ab platform without express written permission from 99ab. This prohibition extends to automated data harvesting, screen capture for commercial purposes and copying game mechanics for reproduction elsewhere.

The 99ab name, logo and brand identity are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites or printed materials — is not permitted and may result in legal action.

The collection, storage and use of personal data by 99ab is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 99ab collects personal data including your name, mobile number, date of birth, identity documents and payment information for the purposes of account operation, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support and legal compliance. This data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

99ab may share data with third-party payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities where required by law or by our legal obligations as a platform operator. All data sharing is conducted under appropriate data protection agreements.

You have the right to request access to your personal data held by 99ab, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data in circumstances where retention is no longer legally required. Requests should be submitted to support@99ab.io.

99ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that false or misleading information was provided during registration
• A chargeback initiated by the player or their payment provider
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• A voluntary self-exclusion request from the player
• Evidence that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements

If an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds, bonus funds and winnings — may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. If an account is closed at 99ab's discretion for non-breach reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after appropriate verification.

Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion options are also available directly from the account dashboard and take effect immediately without requiring support team intervention.

99ab is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. The platform offers a full suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from every account dashboard, with no delays or customer service steps required to activate them.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits reduce immediately when set; increases take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session time alerts: Receive on-screen notifications when your gaming session exceeds a duration you define.
• Loss limits: The platform automatically closes your game access when you reach a session loss figure you set in advance.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net balance movement.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 99ab platform shall first be addressed through the platform's internal dispute resolution process before any other avenue is pursued.

Dispute resolution process:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the 99ab support team via live chat or email at support@99ab.io. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours at this stage.
2. Step 2 – Escalation: If the initial response does not resolve your concern, request escalation to the 99ab Disputes Team. A formal written response will be issued within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 – Final Decision: If you remain unsatisfied, a final decision from the 99ab management team will be issued within 14 business days. This decision represents the conclusion of the internal process.

99ab is not liable for any loss or damage that is not directly caused by a platform fault. Indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of profits and losses arising from a player's own decisions while using the platform are not compensable under these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 99ab and the player with respect to the use of the platform. Any prior agreements, representations or understandings — whether verbal or written — are superseded by these Terms from the date the player creates an account.
